Do i still fill out the I94, or do i fill out another form, or just go through the US customs with the other non US citizens?

help would be appreciated

I you're a conditional/permanent resident, you can go through the residents/citizens line with your expired card and the I-797. No need to fill out I-94 -- just the customs form.
