I've always thought that too! Also when men say that to women, I think, ummmm.... that's kind of insulting? Might as well say "you're my silver medal."

The 'to me,' part struck me as who else does it really matter to when you two are a couple?

I mean, honestly if you want a realistic rating on physical attractiveness the LAST person you can ask is your wife or husband. They have to live with you for $#^ sake or deal with a cold shoulder for weeks or months with the wrong words.

God help me, but just about every wife of my friends who are married I have no clue what they see in their spouse, but it doesn't matter what the heck I think, it just matters what their husbands think.

I mean, some of these women gained like 50 pounds within 2 years and look like linebackers, but I'm sure their husbands still say they are the most beautiful women in the world.
