Dec 29th - 'Touched'

March 10 2006 - NOA2!

March 23 - recv'd at NVC

March 24 - petition sent to London

April 9th - Pkt 3 rec'd!

May 17th - Pkt 3 signed for at London Embassy

May 24th - Medical

May24th - Pkt 4

June 14th - Interview 10am - APPROVED 1pm!!

June 16th - Visas received in my hot little hands 1pm :)

July 19th - flying to US!

July 27th - Married!! :-)

Aug 9th - SSN received

The only reason I'm homesick, is because I miss wall to wall carpeting and being able to go barefoot, I miss cars that use normal gas instead of diesel, I miss the cleanliness of the neighborhoods, I miss instant hot running water and working electricity every single day uninterrupted and I miss stable high speed internet connections, and I miss law abiding drivers... sigh... LOL

so um yeah I'll be home in a month, and NO RFE... but i dont even think it matters because I wont be able to send my RFE until I get home, that is, if It requires a signature!!

I hear ya... I know you don't want to leave Yacine, but it's those "comforts" of "home" that people tend to miss! :yes:

I really love Thailand, and plan on retiring there as soon as possible, but every once in awhile, I would miss being "home". With that said, once I build my own home there, then I WILL be home! :D
