the weather in algeria is absoloutely beautiful, probably around 70 degrees and partly cloudy, nice breezes and very nice around the costal areas. We are in the coastal area so we're a bit cooler than a lot of other places. Everything is going great me and Yacine have been getting a lot of stuff done and I've been bonding very closely with his family...

Well we have had a real busy weekend in Okieland. Gary's adult kids were home Friday night and then yesterday we all spent all day setting up our new Easyset swimming pool in the yard. Also enjoying the weather here which is fab right now, hovering around 100 most of the time with a breeze.

Today Gary & I got away early to the nearest Lowes 2 hours away to buy a new gas grill and 16 fence panels to finish off our yard. Lowes had a special where you could have 0% interest and 12 months to pay, if you used your Lowes card, so we took advantage.

Tonight we finished off the pool, fitted the filter pump, added the chemicals and finished filling it. Then some friends dropped in and we sat on the patio for a couple of hours chatting. Tomorrow if it's warm enough - we swim :dance:

Memorial Day is gonna be busy too, there is a ceremony at the cemetery at 10am and then Gage has it's annual 'fly in' to the airport. Pilots from all over OK and the neighbouring states fly into our little airport (which is shut most of the year) and then there is a big BBQ, plane rides etc all day.

The last few days have been hectic but fun...but I still keep an eye on things here :thumbs:

Well done on your rant at Wogboy - he is soooo rude! I have heard Air India is good, go for it if it gets Craig home sooner.

Have a lovely Memorial Day Mich' and all my buddies :P
