April 24, 2007 : Welcome Notice Rvcd. Yeeehaaa!!!!
June 1, 2007: GC arrived! Yippy! USCIS Free for 2 years!
2008: Moved to China
2009: Conditional GC Expired and Husband has been having affairs since 2008 in China. Can't file for ROC since he got laid off. He came to Jakarta to live with me and my parents. He got a new job. Life resume to normal or so I thought.
March 2010: Officially separated after yet more affairs exposed just a day after my birthday!

February 2011: Officially divorced.
June 18, 2011: He married the girl he had the last affair with.

August 2014: I am engaged with my real soulmate. Not an American.

well I'm just concerned over this affadavit #######...

I'm working but not making enough money to sponsor yacine.

My joint sponsor is NOT working, but has enough money to live off the interest of the money she has...

Now we called the financial institution where my joint sponsor has the money, and they told her numerous times they don't do the bank letter.. then someone suggested my sponsor threaten to close her accounts there because of the letter... and I figured by this time it is too late, considering I need to have the documents before I leave next week (Monday May 22nd)... So we decided we are going to use the statements themselves instead, no need to add up deposits, because there were only withdrawls... and write a cover letter stating the opening date (indicated also by the first statement) and the zero deposits, and show the final balance.

I wonder how the consulate feels about ME working, but my sponsor not working.. and I got a weird response from the Algiers consulate about the tax forms... this is what they wrote:

"Hi,

We accept Tax transcript from IRS. You should send your 2005 tax forms.

Sincerely,

Consular Assistant"

I dont know if this person meant "Yes you can have all 3 years as transcripts" OR if they meant "You can use transcripts for 2003 and 2004, but 2005 you have to have the actual forms." Well i'm freaking out, I just did my taxes in February, and I cannot find the forms... I usually dont lose stuff like this either. It's been like pulling teeth to get my sponsor to do anything as well, because she has such a large sum of money that she is afraid someone will abuse the information..

On top of it... the NOA2's have come to a screetching halt .. I had planned for Yacine to be here in mid August at the latest.. now it's not looking that good.

I also mailed a box with various items in it.. on March 29th, it has not arrived yet... USPS told me "If you don't hear from us within 60 days, call us back." 2 more months I say? I wish they could do an expedited trace on it, if they dont have it, give me my insurance money, I'll re-buy everything and HAND deliver it... but I highly doubt that will happen. If I'm going to collect insurance money on it.. it'll be after I come back.. and then I'll have to re-send everything with the HOPE that it gets there..

still doing end of the year financial forms for my student organization as well..

it's raining and my back hurts because of the crappy weather here as well.. it's just a general blah day.. I can't believe it's 10 at night already..
