hahahah no...the back pain is feeling SOOO much better tho, and that really helps the mood TOTALLY!!! but the missing Craig, and other things,etc etc have been you all...it's really nice to come and be diverted for a while and have fun while I'm at it... M.

Been wearing glasses since the third grade......my vision is very poor. Lucia just got Lasik done in Lima and she said she would like me to have it done before the wedding. I'm a chicken when it comes to that....I value my vision and get paranoid. I might do one eye at a time or something like that.

Glasses help hide the bags under the eyes too hahahaha.....plus they make me look smarter, and thus....even hotter.

I have a pic posted........those are my current glasses. Went with the dark frames for the first time in years.

That's a really good pic Merc. You two looks great, what a nice couple! I have glasses too and my doc said it's a MUST since I have a rare cataracts (sigh!) but I just never like wearing glasses & contacts are too much work for my sensitive eyes.

CRaig comes home on the 24th...we've had some difference while he's been gone in phone convos and I haven't talked to him for a couple of days now :( but I can't WAIT for him to get home. I really REALLY miss him. M.

Glasses I don't mind because I have worn them for so long. I tried contacts for awhile but wind was a problem and my eyes were always dry. My glasses are a little strange because I have bifocals....but not for the normal reasons. My eyes have a difficult time focusing on moving objects so these lenses correct that. There actually is not much of a difference between the upper and lower lens. I only got these like 3 years ago and I was amazed! I never knew how difficult it was for me to read before this correction.

I'm excited, but also stressed because of all of the things I've been trying to get done for the past several weeks. Those moments fade easier though as we get closer. I can't wait to get back to Peru....we have so much fun there and her family is so incredible. Fortunately they all love me hahahaha.

This time she is coming back with me. It will be so nice not to spend that flight back home alone anymore. The last one was honestly one of the most difficult experiences of my life. At that time we had the interview but did not know if we would be approved or not. Chokes me up still thinking about it.....we had no idea when we would see each other again and all of our plans were in doubt.

Craig is home on the 24th! Cool! Lu and I get back on the 25th.

I know you both will work out those issues. Sometimes having a little time to sit back and think really helps. I know for me it is good because I can collect my thoughts and work some things out in my own mind.

OMG!!! I never! pay attention to this stuff, but I was just thinking I have been on here on and off ALL day, so I wonder how many posts I have...I'm 2nd on there only to ROI!!! I don't think I would normally ever make it...until Craig left I was just on to check in for a while every day..now I've been on nonstop again..80 posts so far and almost to heart number five..oh boy...I need to get a life...then again..why???hahaha it's friday night, I'm not goin out without my honey(drinkin and stuff) and I'm bored..so hey..why not right?? M.

I could still see fine without my glasses but everything certainly seems so much brighter with my glasses on. What I have is what the doc said to be a rare form of cataracts and it must've been there since I was born.

Gosh I've been on VJ since James left for work, that is after 3 PM & he have to work late until 2 so I guess I'll just spend my time here.
