What do I eat......basically this is it, in lots of different ways

Meat

Fish

Eggs

Vegetables

non sweet fruits - lemons, limes, grapefruit some berries

Nuts

Crackers

Homemade sugar free brownies (Splenda)

Beans

Brown Rice

Pastry - little

Diet Rite drinks

Water

I am not allowed anything with Sugar or Yeast in, or anything that could mould or ferment or is a fungus - so no Pasta, Potato, Beer, Wine, Vinegar in anything (so all dressings gone), Cheese, Milk, Bread, Baked Goodies, Ice Cream, Mushrooms.

As long as I stick to this rigidly I do not feel ill all the time, when I don't I have awful IBS symptoms (the runs), itching, flushing, anxiety & panic attacks, too hot/cold, vomiting, high pulse, restless legs....so now you know why I stick to this ridiculously hard diet!! :(

Trust me it ain't at all easy in this day & age with all the food available...the only upside is the dramatic weight loss. My friends here think my mum will walk straight past me next Thursday at the airport, she last saw me in Dec. If you look in my pictures at our wedding oics (Dec) and then the recent ones where I am blonde - you can really tell.

Well Garage Sale tomorrow, so I won't be around much my friends...have a great weekend...good decorating Dean (how about piccies) and ......

Robert I will miss you, have a safe journey and I hope it all goes great (F)

Oh My Sarah!!!! That is just a diet from hell!!! :( Sorry you have to go through that, but at the same time, if it's keeping you healthy and dropping those pounds, it's also a good thing for you!

Painting! I just did that the other night in the half bathroom. I thought I would be cool and painted it red.....big mistake. The room was far too small for that and when you walked in it was like the red sun of Krypton. I needed shades to walk in there.....probably could have developed photos too. I ended up priming and painting back over it with a light blue. Much better.

Robert.....get the Tide ready baby, it's laundry time! I bet you've got a heavy load to do hahaha.

Sarah - that is one tough diet girl! You lost me with the beer and wine....no way! My hats off to you. You get the mercury salute for that one....you're one tough mamacita.
