brother miror.....what's up dude? One week from this hour I will be waiting in Chicago to board my flight.

iPod or drinking.......I'd go with the drinking. You could even have some fun and for once be "that guy" on the airplane.

That guy.... yeah, got to play that once.. yrs ago. wore a hoop earing in my nose to keep ppl from bothering me (yrs before the whole piercing trend..)

8 days n counting eh? nice. very excellent. see? my prediction from before is coming true.. it's all coming true :P

end of June wife n I head back to Ecuador for church wedding there for her family and friends...

awwwwww that's GREAT Sarah.... a size every 4 weeks??? That must be SUCH a bummer...   YAY YOU!!! :) M.

what I want to know is what she is doing to lose it!! Congrats!

Sadly I have to report it's due to illness. I have this thing called Gastro-Intestinal Candida since January, it's not the one girls get down below. It's a systemic illness and longterm, I will always have to eat like this or it will return, my whole life. :(

My Dr reckons I will be a size 8 by Xmas - thats from a 22 last Xmas!!! Try keeping yourself in clothes at that rate, I have already gone from 22 - 16 in five months!

Apart from drugs, and probiotics daily.....the main treatment is diet control, I cannot eat ANYTHING with sugar in it, not even fruit with natural sugars.

So you wanna lose weight - cut out the sugar people that is all there is to it....but trust me everything has sugar in it, so easier said than done.

Soon to be SKINNY Sarah

wow Sarah...what the hell do you eat?? does it make you feel ill all the time?

Red wine time again. I hope the thread has a good weekend.

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

Awww... sorry to hear about the medical problem Sarah. :(

And I was gonna say you were loosing weight from doing a lot of laundry lately!!! ;)

*hugs*

Robert :luv:

Good morning all you wonderful peeps!!!

M, Welshie, Sarah, Merc, Frances!!! :luv: and where is brother dean?!

Good morning hermano Robert and all. I hope your day is going well.

Another day almost in the books Robert.......sweet!

Frances - yes, the glow is back. I even had a minor disaster yesterday with bathroom remodeling and I am unfazed. Due to crappy plumbing, the hot and cold water pipes are too close together and off center. The pedastal sink I bought must be returned and I have to buy a vanity and countertop instead......but who cares!

:D

Hola mi hermano!

I know what you mean Merc!!! You couldn't smack this smile off my face right now, even though my stomache is in knots!!! :D:lol:

I'm just ready to get things rolling! I think I will get another form of vitamin V from my neighbor for my 11 hour flight on Sun... called Valium!!! Otherwise they might have to strap me down!!! :P

Sarah....sorry to hear about that. I'd like to know what the heck you eat too!

Robert.....you know the feeling dude. The worst part for me is the layover in Miami. I can't stand that airport and I have to wait there for 4 or 5 hours. The last time I went through Miami, there were rats running around by the garbage cans. I get that long layover because I missed my flight once because Chicago was running late. Weather can be a little unpredictable this time of year, so best to get to Miami early and not miss the flight.

I hope that Vitamin V works out for you. I've tried everything to try to sleep on the airplane and it never works! Trust me.....I put alcohol to the test on one of those flights and it still didn't work.

Rich - have a good weekend too bud.

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).
