Good morning hermano Robert and all. I hope your day is going well.

Another day almost in the books Robert.......sweet!

Frances - yes, the glow is back. I even had a minor disaster yesterday with bathroom remodeling and I am unfazed. Due to crappy plumbing, the hot and cold water pipes are too close together and off center. The pedastal sink I bought must be returned and I have to buy a vanity and countertop instead......but who cares!

Well I let a friend into the Garage Sale early to look at my clothes I was selling - as some of you know I have lost 50lbs in weight since Jan - I have alot and even though I say so myself some are lovely :thumbs:

Well she spent $69 :dance: And I now already have a fund for new smaller clothes, I am going down a size every 4 weeks, so this is needed badly!!

On my lunchbreak now but back at it shortly....what a sweet thread we have here....happy day one and all

yeah....spill the beans sister!

the easiest thing I found was to stop drinking soda......that seemed to have a good short term impact. I've been off soda for about a week getting prepped for my trip hahahaha.

brother miror.....what's up dude? One week from this hour I will be waiting in Chicago to board my flight.

iPod or drinking.......I'd go with the drinking. You could even have some fun and for once be "that guy" on the airplane.

Sadly I have to report it's due to illness. I have this thing called Gastro-Intestinal Candida since January, it's not the one girls get down below. It's a systemic illness and longterm, I will always have to eat like this or it will return, my whole life. :(

My Dr reckons I will be a size 8 by Xmas - thats from a 22 last Xmas!!! Try keeping yourself in clothes at that rate, I have already gone from 22 - 16 in five months!

Apart from drugs,and probiotics daily.....the main treatment is diet control, I cannot eat ANYTHING with sugar in it, not even fruit with natural sugars.

So you wanna lose weight - cut out the sugar people that is all there is to it....but trust me everything has sugar in it, so easier said than done.

Soon to be SKINNY Sarah :thumbs:
