Gym last night, elliptical for 60 minutes.

Good luck iceyspots! Trust me, I've taken enough exams in my life to know what a pain they are.

But shouldn't you be studying instead of posting? :innocent:

OK guys yell at me.

I am not motivated to do those crunches ... I haven't even tried. I'd rather plan the wedding, do homework, work on lesson plans for work, study, talk to my habibi, eat, or anything and not do them.

MOTIVATE ME PEOPLE !! :help:

Reunited and it feels so good ....

Ok LB, here goes - Are you pregnant dear?

I've had a cashier in our cafeteria here ask me that twice within 3 months before! Talk about motivational. Of course it really motivated me to want to slap her, but I controlled myself.

I didn't do so good last night. Bojangles has been building their first restaurant in our area for several months now and last night when we went by they were finally open. That's a weak moment I know I won't repeat more than once about every 6 months, but I just had to have some dirty rice!

But no class tonight so we'll be working out again.

After turning in a paper Tuesday night and taking an exam last night I'm all done now except for finals - May 2nd and May 3rd. Then I have the whole rest of May off from school - wahooo!

Unless I'm the virgin Mary ... NOPE not pregnant.

I told my mom today "Mama, make me excercise with you. My dress has to fit for the wedding and if it doesnt it will my own fault"

So starting tomorrow (today I have work all day and then college) I will walk 30 - 45 min with my mom then when I get home do crunches. From now till July 7th (when I have to wear the dress for the wedding) I should be fine.

Reunited and it feels so good ....

Yes, the pregnant comment was to motivate.

Jasman I am so right there with you. We had to take Abdel to Urgent One tonight - his tummy has a very sore spot on it. I think we've been eating too much bad food and he just isn't used to it. He's on Mylanta and bed rest for the next few days, and lots of water. I hope he's better soon because I am so not ready to deal with CT scans right now.

Crunches are no fun  I'm thinking of getting a few ab workout videos to do in place of crunches. I was a huuuuuuuge workout video feind before I started running.

Crunch Fat Burning Ab Attack - I really like the crunch videos I have so far.

Pilates Abs Workout

Shape your Abs

Sexy Abs

Self Firm Flat Abs Fast

Island Girl Dance - I have another one of her tapes, which are fun for an occasional mix up in the work outs

OK, today was a bust. Not only did I not go to gym, but I ate a bowl of ice cream :(

Hopefully I'll be back on track tomorrow...

 Go Massouna Go !!

Ok guys today I walked for one hour and did 50 crunches !!! Yaaaaaaay me ! I feel so good that I finally started this excercise thing.

Ok I have a situation and maybe you guys can relate ? Ali does not want me to loose weight. Is it normal for guys to say "No" to excercising ? He said I need to gain.

I told him if he did not want me to pass out at the wedding because my dress is so tight he should encourage me to excercise. ;)

Reunited and it feels so good ....
