I called today thinking there'd be no update, and THEY'VE SCHEDULED THE INTERVIEW. So keep up hope, folks...they are already scheduling interviews this month. Ours is for Jan 25th next year. Bit later than we had hoped, but we are THANKFUL it got scheduled at all!!

Congrats...I am waiting also so I just called at NVC automated response has had no update.

Hope all goes well with your interview!

Don't you have to speak with an operator at NVC to see if you have been scheduled for an interview? The auto-message doesn't change does it?

Oh i didnt know that, I will try and spk to the operator!

Definitely speak to an operator. My Automated Message still says "Your case was completed..." even though they already scheduled the interview. Good luck!

I called today and was also told about my interview date. The automated system hasn't changed. Hope you receive good news!

I called also but they gave me the usual of they schedule interviews 2nd week of every month and advised me to call back late next week.

Anywayz I will just keep my fingers crossed.

Congrats to CaribQueen on the interview...GOOD LUCK!

22 Jun 05 - We met in a tiny bar in Williamsburg, Va. (spent all summer together)

27 May 06 - Sasha comes back for a 2nd glorious summer (spent 8 months apart)

01 Jan 07 - Jason travels to Moscow for 2 weeks with Sasha

27 May 07 - Jason again travels to Moscow for 2 weeks of perfection

14 July 07 - I-129F and all related documents sent to VSC

16 July 07 - I-129F delivered to VSC and signed for by P. Novak

20 July 07 - NOA1 issued / receipt number assigned

27 Sep 07 - Jason travels to Moscow to be with Sasha for 2 weeks

28 Nov 07 - NOA2 issued...TOUCHED!...then...APPROVED!!!

01 Dec 07 - NVC receives/assigns case #

04 Dec 07 - NVC sends case to U.S. Embassy Moscow

26 Dec 07 - Jason visits Sasha in Russia for the 4th and final time of 2007 :)

22 Feb 08 - Moscow Interview! (APPROVED!!!)..Yay!

24 Mar 08 - Sasha and Jason reunite in the U.S. :)

31 May 08 - Married

29 Dec 08- Alexander is born

11 Jan 10 - AOS / AP / EAD package sent

19 Jan 10 - AOS NOA1 / AP NOA1 / EAD NOA1

08 Feb 10 - AOS case transferred to CSC

16 Mar 10 - AP received

16 Mar 10 - AOS approved

19 Mar 10 - EAD received

22 Mar 10 - GC received

05/20/07 I-130 sent to VSC

06/13/07 NOA1 from VSC

07/18/07 NOA2 from VSC by email

NVC: CR-1 Process

07/30/07 DS-3032 and I-864 fee bill generated

08/03/07 Choice of Agent e-mail sent

08/16/07 Received COA hard copy by mail

08/17/07 Choice of Agent accepted!

08/20/07 AOS Fee bill received by mail, IV Bill generated

08/21/07 AOS Fee bill sent to MO (with a quick pitstop in NY)

08/30/07 AOS Fee bill received/accepted at NVC

08/31/07 IV bill arrives by mail in france

09/03/07 I 864 generated

09/06/07 IV bill sent to MO from NY

09/19/07 DS-230 sent out from NVC

09/24/07 1 864 finally arrives in France!

09/25/07 1-864 Sent to NVC

09/27/07 I-864 arrives at NVC

10/01/07 I 864 entered into system

10/10/07 I 864 RFE issued for domicile (and proof of domicile was included in I 864!!! What?!?!?!)

10/12/07 DS 230 arrives by mail in france, but must wait for original documents to send it back! =(

10/19/07 I-864 approved and entered!

10/24/07 DS 230 + docs sent to NVC

10/31/07 NVC enters DS 230 into system

11/09/07 CASE COMPLETE!

01/10/08 INTERVIEW!!!
