Hi everyone! I was wondering if anyone here with K3 visa and applying for AOS?

If so, did you have to send the vaccination record with I-485 or ? Since we did medical in our home country and the Embassy took all the medical exam related paper, I thought we dont need to, but I just wanted to make sure if we still need to submit the vaccination record or not.....

For a "K" visa only a medical is required... for AOS it is medical and vaccination.. You should submit your vaccination with your application. If your medical is more than 1 year ago then you need both....

In other words, if you are K1 or K3 and had your medical exam within 1 year, you should be able to just submit your vaccinations. When my wife had her medical, in addition to the documents for the embassy, the doctor gave her a DS-3025 form which listed her vaccinations. We took that form to a civil surgeon here in the USA who took that form, gave my wife any other missing vaccinations, and then copied the full list of vaccinations onto what I think was called a "Appendix A - Supplemental Vaccinations for form I-693"...something like that...I've seen this referred to as I-693a also. I-693 I think is the full medical exam, but you shouldn't need this...just the supplemental vaccinations that often go along with it if you just had your medical exam. Hope this helps.

Wife's visa journey:

03/19/07: Initial mailing of I-129F.

07/07/11: U.S. Citizenship approved and Oath Ceremony!

MIL's visa journey:

07/26/11: Initial mailing of I-130.

05/22/12: Interview passed!

As above have said, if within 12 months of your overseas medical only need the vaccination supplement.
