hello

I need to know what to write in the cover letter which I would like to attach to I-864.

thank you

pari

Hi Pari,

A cover letter is optional, however it's probably helpful for the person receiving it. Generally people just write a brief note and a listing of items enclosed ie:

Please find enclosed my affidavit of support and the following supporting documents:

- Tax transcripts for 04/05/06

- Letter from bank manager with bank balances

- etc etc

Just something short and perhaps additional information if you are proving domicile or something :)
