hi gentlemen,

i've got a quick question the DS156 and 156K. Do they have to be the exact forms sent out in packet 3 or can they be downloaded off the net and sent in. i ask this because i've seen a barcode on the forms from the net. i appreciate your time. i also apologize that i haven't been more active with this forum. i called the department of state today and learned that packet 3 had been sent out. so things are nearing an end. i've been reading all your comments and have never felt that i had something to add, but am grateful for all the info you have posted. thanks again.

June 2007: returned , spent just over 1 month

June 28, 2007: sent I-129F

July 5, 2007: NOA1 approved

November 8, 2007: NOA2 approved

November 14, 2007: received harcopy of NOA2

You need to check out the Colombian thread found in this forum. There are lots of people in there going for K1/K3 visas in Bogotá who can help you.

08/08/07 - Case Complete

09/27/07 - Interview, visa granted

10/02/07 - POE

11/16/07 - Received green card and Welcome to America letter in the mail

Removing Conditions

07/06/09 - I-751 sent to CSC

08/14/09 - Biometrics

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview
