I posted previously that I had received a notice from Nebraska Service Center stating I owed them more in fees. My application package had been postmarked July 25, 2007.

I sent a letter to them with a copy of my USPS certified mail receipt showing the date of July 25.

I got a letter from Nebraska stating I did not have to pay the additional fees since my package was dated before the new fee date of July 30.

Thought I would share.
