As I have to travel for the rest of the month, I tried to do walk in today to see if I can do it earlier. The lady in the front refused to let me in so I requested to talk to the supervisor. The supervisor said it was busy right now and would take me if it is not busy later. So I waited for another hour till 3 PM, but she said there will still be people coming in. So I waited for another half hour and had not seen any people coming to the center during my wait. But then she said the center was closing at 3:30 and I had to come back. I felt I got fooled and said it says on the door that the center closes at 4 PM. Another man in the same room then said we had employee training after 3:30. I said I had waited for almost 2 hours just because she said she would take me when it was not busy. The man then said we didn't ask you to wait. It is you who chose to wait. I felt so furious and walked out of the door. I know I am not entitled to have an earilier appointment, but they should not give me hope and keep me waiting there if is impossible to take me in today.

Educate yourself more to avoid this situation. Use Info Pass to schedual appointment.

Having said that I have seen them let people with no appointment go in & meet with officers. I suppose on the day you went they were just that busy. I think they let you wait to see if they had time & just found they did not. They tried not to turn you away.

That location just has jerks, no other way about it. They can't comprehend the finite grammer errors on the website, or properly pronounce the english language without the use of eubonics, slang or other misuses of the only official language. To tell you, we did not tell you to wait - after telling you that you could wait, is Soviet Mentality. Unfortunatly you have no one to complain to but us!

All service centers and satellite support centers have a walk-in day. If you go any other day than that without Infopass, you are going to get what you got today.

They DO have very tight schedules. As you are in this system, you are aware of the number of people they are serving, right? The only way to get people seen is to have every moment filled with appointments.

I watched the very same explanation you received being given to a family who walked in on one of the days we were in a facility.

It is too bad you were not handled as politely as you would like, but the truth of the matter is it WAS you who decided to wait. If you went without Infopass on a non-walk in day, then the bad experience you had was, unfortunately, of your own making.
