:angry: Hi All ,Well ,here we are ,our 90 day wait is up tomorrow and nvc has STILL not received our approved I-130 :angry: my lawyer is calling them ,they apparently have a fast track to find its location once 90 days has expired , has anyone experienced this ?? i am getting really p.o. now , advice appreciated .

Hello same here.

it has been 5 months still no news for our case.

03.27.2007 I-130 sent

03.30.2007 CSC received the I-130

04.02.2007 NOA1 received by mail

04.03.2007 touched

05.07.2007 tocuhed

06.29.2007 I-130 approved

07.03.2007 CSC sent NOA2 by mail

07.09.2007 received NOA2 by mail

09.05.2008 Case Completed

09.22.2008 Case forwarded to Embassy

09.25.2008 case at Embassy

10.08.2008 Interview

10.09.2008 passport has been sent from Embassy by UPS

10.10.2008 received passport through UPS

10.22.2008 will fly to US

WOW, I am so sorry to hear about your problems guys. Wish I knew a way to figure out your issue but I guess you already started in the right path with having a lawer work on your case. Gud luck!

Sept-14-07 I-130 APPROVED!!!!..after 100 days!

NVC Process

Sept-24-07 NVC rec'd case/assigned number

Jan-04-08 NVC CASE COMPLETE

USEM

Feb-14-2008 INTERVIEW IN USEManila APPROVED!!!

Feb-19-2008 Visa in HAND!! Wohoo!!!

IN TEXAS

Feb-28-2008 POE DFW

Mar-24-2008 Receive Green Card on Mail..

REMOVING CONDITIONS NOV..

Jan-11-2010 Mailed I-175 to VSC
