Bill, thanks for the info :D I do now my case was received at NVC cause we got the letter on saturday with date January 10. The letter has the INS receipt number and a new case number that starts with LMA2008 which I asume it means LIMA...

Congrats, MIRLA!!!!!!

I'm so happy for you guys!!!

Wish same for all waiting for so long!

Mine was 170 days of torture...

It will be much easier now....

I anm coming on the 23rd but then straight to Cusco....then coming back on the 28th in the morning and fly out at 1040 on the 29th....Brianna's b'day.....I have to be back at work the next day......it is so short but it has been so long since we have seen each other that I decided we need this little bit of time or we both might just loose our minds.......this is what USCIS does not seem to underestand....it is the life and the love they waste and play with......and it is so wrong.......I hope I get to go to the hearings and testify.........so they have faces to the cases they play with for 7 or 8 months.....I am 17 days away from 8 months.....240 days.....it is not right :help::help::help:

I hope to see you here when you get to Lima!! You have my cell phone number so you can give me a call anytime and meet somewhere in Miraflores or around!

I'm sure your approval is coming and when you go to Cuzco, go to Machupicchu if you have time and touch the big energy stone!!!!! It is awesome!!!!! :D

Mar. 18, 2008- sent the AOS package(I-485 and EAD)..applied for SSN..

Mar.19, 2008-Delivered. signed for by V Bustamante-took and passed written driving test

Mar.25, 2008-Check cashed-Received SSN

Mar.27,2008-Received NOA's in mail-Case available online

Mar.28, 2008-Received Biometrics appointment in mail-04/08/08

Apr.08,2008-Biometrics DONE

Apr.08-09,2008-TOUCHED

Apr.14,2008-Transfer Notice date to California(I-485)

Apr.17,2008-Received Notice in the mail about the transfer

Apr.20 and 22,2008-I-485 TOUCHED..No touch on EAD
