Thanks, Lora. It definitely helps. Inept is a good word. Leave some files untouched for 7 months, well past 'commit' time, then approve files 2 months old?? Mind boggling. I don't have any expectations from them anymore, so it's a little easier to put it on the backburner. Just have to grin and bear it like Mirla :D and make fun of vsc

It is kinda stress relieving to make fun of them. It really is. THey still drive me nuts with their antics and the processing time change really takes the cake but...

i don't care if they want to pick their noses all day, play spinny chairs, have naps, doodle with crayons, play shadow puppets in the bathroom.. whatever

Eventually, whoever is sitting on our files is going to get Spoken To. There's no reason for files to take seven to eight months. No reason at all.

Honestly, ####### is wrong with Vermont? Is it possible that there are no regulations,no Supervisors, no management, controlling their Adjudicators and making sure that the customers are getting proper service?

Like I said earlier, I work in customer service for an Airline.....and a f@#&^ng riot would start among passengers if the Airline would disservice them the way Vermont disservices some of us.....a m.^%@f?$@ng RIOT!!!!

Mitch called his congressman's office several days ago, we haven't heard back from them either....really,nobody seems to care.....

"...when we are all dead and gone" was the answer???? Jeez, at least they seem to have some good sense of humor... :jest:

Seriously, me coming from the Fatherland of bureaucracy, Germany, has made be as patient as a person can be. Even though it's crazy to make somebody wait six month or longer for a reply,ok, I can sit and wait if that is what I have to do.

But they really start to pi.s me off with these out of order approvals....I mean....OCTOBER?
