Waiting on the VSC to make a decision?

So folks, i have all the forms for the pack3 ready but im still confused. I read that some sent back all the forms with the checklist and some sent back only the checklist to the embassy. Whats the best thing to do? If i do have to send back everything, do i need to make a copy of each form and keep it?

Isn't it clearly stated in the packet 3 what you have to do? Then maybe better to contact the embassy.

As for me I had to send back only the checklist, it was stated in packet 3; then after 2 weeks or so , I got packet 4 which had blank forms I had to fill in and bring to the interview. I didn't send any filled in forms or doc's, everything brought to teh interview.

I think you have to have not heard anything from them in 60 days. (like emails or papers back and forth) But you can try!

My opinion, as before, is that it can't hurt. All you can do is ask, and hope it helps. It certainly can't hurt to ask.

So I should call VSC or USCIS customer service and ask for a service request???

Hi Mirla! They could say that you have to wait 60 days for a service request but before that, they will have to look at your case and by then they might be able to tell you something. It can not hurt to ask, when you call you just have to tell them that you have filed in May and still no answer dont say anything about the RFE. Let them at least look into the system.

You could have bought a box of chocolate, eaten only said chocolate for a day, then placed the chocolate back in the box accordingly.
