Well, thanks everyone for the good wishes!!! I got touched every single day last week and this week nothing.....I think I'm the only one left from may....!!!! Hopefully it will come very soon!!! My bday is on saturday and I need another good reason to celebrate! :lol: :lol:

Hey....I am a May filer...still waiting...filed first week of May....no RFE....I was transfered from CSC to VSC in Oct. and now seem to be in a black hole....congressman called and they said it could be several more months...congressman said all they can do is inquire for you ....they can not influence them to work on it....so we WAIT!!!!!!!!

May 5-sent I129f to Texas and they forwarded to CSC

May 11-priority date according to NOA1 on Hard Copy

May 14-received by CSC...notice sent (never received)

May 15-money order cashed

July 19-called about Hard copy..said they would resend

July 23-lawyer calls and is told application is lost and to resend application

July 25-sent a duplicate application to Texas and it is forwarded to VSC

July 27-called again...said they would resend from CSC

July 31/aug.3/aug.6 "touches"

Aug. 16 received the NOA1 from VSC for duplicate application

Aug. 16-called about Hard Copy...said that they would resend (3rd time) from CSC

Aug. 17-"touch"

Aug. 19-FINALLY RECEIVED THE NOA1 HARD COPY for original application from CSC

October-19-CRIS sent message that they were moving our application to VSC?!?!?

(seems USCIS sent our first application to the wrong center)

November-16 origianl is at the VSC

Dec. 3-congressmans office calls VSC...will be processed by July application date

Feb. 6-APPROVED!!!!

Feb. 7 sent to NVC

Feb. 13 sent to MONTREAL...WRONG EMBASSY!!!!!!! SUPPOSED TO BE VANCOUVER!!!!!!!

Feb. 14 arrived in MONTREAL

Feb. 20 talked to NVC center....supervisor will try to "catch" the application call back in 10-15 days

Feb. 29...talked to the State Department (Visa)...they had NVC send cable today to Montreal instructing them to send packet to VanCouver

March 4...K visa application received at VanCouver

March 6 packet 3 ARRIVED

March 10 packet 3 checklist and DS230 faxed back

March 12 medical exam

March 20 packet 4 received

April 8....interview date

Oh No NO No NO No Charlene........Go to your Senator now....that is insane......I am hounding the he11 out of all of them....If I have to suffer at 200 days then they will suffer right along with me.........I am polite but persistent..........Do not allow them to tell you that.......call email and start threatening a lawsuit........I tell you for a fact they will let you sit there for as long as they can.....because they are uncaring....SOBs.........God that makes me mad................ :ranting::ranting::ranting::ranting::ranting::ranting:

Charlene: I remember when you first told us that you'd been transferred, but I can't remember why they transferred you. Do you know why? I've thought about you, but I couldn't remember your name so I'm glad you reposted while I was paying attention... I think out of all of us, you've got the worst case so far- having your case transferred to a different service center restarts your wait- and you'd already been waiting about 5 months... That's unforgivable, and completely wrong!

7/27/07-I-129F sent out to VSC via overnight mail

07/27/07-VSC receives our I-129F- signed for by A. SCOT

8/10/07-check cashed

12/17/2007-NVC receives our case

12/19/07-petition leaves NVC

12/28/07-petition is received by Embassy

01/07/08-he receives Packet 3!

01/11/08-sends in Packet 3 w/out checklist...waiting on police cert :-(

01/15/08- Medical Appointment

01/17/08- receive police certificate

01/18/08-send in checklist!

01/30/08- he receives Packet 4!

02/20/08- 10am INTERVIEW DATE!- APPROVED!!!

Day One: Went to Council of Elrond. Was prettiest person there. Agreed to follow some tiny little man to Mordor to throw ring into volcano. Very important mission - gold ring so tacky.

Day Six: Far too dark in Mines of Moria to brush hair properly. Am very afraid I am developing a tangle.

Orcs so silly.

Still the prettiest.

Day 35: Boromir dead. Very messy death, most unnecessary. Did get kissed by Aragorn as he expired. Does a guy have to get shot full of arrows around here to get any action? Boromir definitely not prettier than me. Cannot understand it. Am feeling a pout coming on.

Frodo off to Mordor with Sam. Tiny little men caring about each other, rather cute really.

Am quite sure Gimli fancies me. So unfair. He is waist height, so can see advantages there, but chunky braids and big helmet most off-putting. Foresee dark times ahead, very dark times.

Hey Charlene ......Who are your Senator's????????.....I writeyou a letter and one the the omsbudsman also if you would like you can just fill in the dates and numbers......Unfortunately I am getting good at them........The Congressional liason has inquiried about me being willing to testify about my experience with USCIS.......not that anything will come of it but you bet I am willing, ready and able....I really loath them.....Lora
