It's really hard to stick around especialy when later filers are being approved and others do not even hear a thing about their cases. It's just depressing but i still check in to see what's going on.

I really don't understand why it is taking them this long to deal with your RFE. Do you have any idea? I sent in mine, got 2 touches in the last 2 days and wonder if mine will take just as long. I don't understand it.

O.K.....here is the lasts.....The congressional liason at VSC was emailed by the case worker for Senator Webb......I had sent all the information about filings that Bill gave us on December 10th and the lasts approvals from August......she composed a great letter and got a response from VSC which stated the obvious........they are processing out of order.....duh.....and that it has to due with adding new workers who go and pull a box that is available while the old ones are with people who are working there way down the box.....they understand the frustration and asks for PATIENCE.......Are they kidding me.....PATIENCE...........the only P word I am thinking of is POSTAL.......this is insame.....My case is with an adjuticator since 12/12....not Nov. 1...Nov. 17 or Nov 27.....LYING pieces of #######.............Lora

Not to sound crazy, but that is black and white proof for them not living up to what their stated process is. ACLU will eat that up! They are communicating lies and it is affecting our well being.

Well, at least they admitted going out of order. That does give me a little satisfaction I'm glad you got that from their a$$es. Guess it takes a senator to get that freakin much. It does show how little concern they have for fairness or their 6 month goal. How hard is it to track the dates and put new people on the old ones when 6 months gets close? They have it all on computer already. :ranting:

That 'with an officer' routine is getting old as he11. It can take 15 minutes to process some cases, so how can it be 'with an officer' for a month or more? Maybe the president can get an explanation for that

Patience, that's rich. I was patient for 6 months and now they are processing august? (no offense to august). Arggh

I dont understand it either, they have everything they've asked for but still nothing is happening. Everytime we had call, they told us that everything were alright with our case and that it is with an officer since the begining of Nov. They also said that they have done a service request on Dec. 4th and we were supposed to hear something very soon bla bla bla bla..... To me they are all liars they just feed people with BS to get them of the phone and they can also be very rude and just hang up on someone. I have the feeling that our case is sitting on someones desk that has forgotten about it :crying::crying::crying:
