Just been catching up on the other thread and this one... Congrats on all the approvals in the last week!!! :dance: I am so glad they are finally moving again!

Thanks! I am feeling better about it today. It is what it is. I will send in what I need to as soon as I get the letter and start the waiting game again. I just hope it won't take forever.

Summer 2005 - Introduced online by a mutual friend

December 2005- Meet face to face. Mark 12/20 official start date.

June 9, 2007 - NOA1 from VSC

February 20, 2008 - APPROVED!!!

February 21, 2008 - paperwork forwarded to NVC.

February 27, 2008 - paperwork sent to Consulate.

March 6, 2008 - Packet 3 recieved.

March 19, 2008 - Packet 3 returned. (minus checklist!)

April 21, 2008 - Returned checklist. All Packet 3 in London.

May 7, 2008 - Medical.

May 30, 2008 - Interview. APPROVED.

July 27, 2008 - Arrives in US.

August 8, 2008 - Legal Wedding

awww that's awesome!! i picked mine up about a month after i filed for the visa, not knowing when I would ever get married!

Our Case Status Online system, processing times, and Change of Address Online system will be out-of-service for system upgrades from 9:30 PM Eastern time Friday December 7 until approximately 8:00 PM Monday December 12. In addition, our Search engine and Naturalization Self-Test will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance on Sunday, Dec. 9 from midnight to 6 AM

well on top of 187 days of nothing....I guess I do not have to kill myself checking all weekend........I am dying

I agree it's a silver lining that they won't be wasting my time checking for a touch.

I got a response from my Senator's staffer re my inquiry. They said as of 12/5 (one day prior to 6 months) it is with an officer and I should hear shortly. Yeah right, I'm so optimistic now that they said I'll hear something shortly... darn the website is down (sarcastic smiley)

At least they know it exists (probably just 'found' mine 12/5 when staffer called). I'm kind of at peace with it as I don't expect much from them or my senator at this point. It's like a traffic jam now, just turn on the radio and it will be over when it's over :innocent:

Email sent at 6:30am EST today.

Website also has the approval notice.

I should receive the notice via mail next week.
