Waiting on the VSC to make a decision?

Hello Everyone....No, I didn't forget about you all.

I hope everyone here has gotten some progress, if not an approval, in their cases.

I'm still waiting, but my case is very different and very complicated. Still waiting to see if USCIS will reaffirm our first petition......and if not, will they go ahead and approve our second petition. Anyhoo, I'm happy to see that most of you are through the thickest part of the fog.

P.S.-I'm back in the U.S. Had a few 'close calls' in Albania and figured I'd better go home to finish fighting this battle. Besides, thanks to this lengthly and cumbersome immigration process, I am OFFICIALLY 'broke'.

WHAT that is crazy....well everytime I turn around in this process someone somewhere needs more money .....It is a big racket......full of frustration......I hope soon you have this all scheduled.....Oscar made some reference last night that in Peru Holy Week is like closed for business and it is hard to get everything done in time since he has to travel to Lima.....I almost lost my mind with him......10 months of waiting......We need to wait no more............Everything as scheduled....I fly to Lima on March 29...we hopeful leave Lima on April 4 with visa in hand.....yeah ....

That's understandable. You've been waiting patiently for sooo long to get to this interview. I'm sure you've gone over it thousands of times. You're going to be just fine. I'd really love to visit all the places in your photos. Looks really fantastic! Someday.....

We got a police certificate a little while ago, thinking ahead, and in Feb they changed the sort they require. Now it has to have a photo on and all sorts, so we're waiting on that, and a few other little things to send back Packet 3. Pete rotates shifts and he was on nights, and getting things done wasn't going to happen. Maybe an interview in May? We'll see. We're planning on getting married end of Sept
