I am thinking we all need to spend 5 minutes today sending good vibes to VSC for our June Filers.......Ric and Virgil

Just wanted to say that the support and encouragement from all of you, is totally unbelievably awesome. :)

My Timeline

Summer 2005 - Introduced online by a mutual friend

December 2005- Meet face to face. Mark 12/20 official start date.

June 9, 2007 - NOA1 from VSC

February 20, 2008 - APPROVED!!!

February 21, 2008 - paperwork forwarded to NVC.

February 27, 2008 - paperwork sent to Consulate.

March 6, 2008 - Packet 3 recieved.

March 19, 2008 - Packet 3 returned. (minus checklist!)

April 21, 2008 - Returned checklist. All Packet 3 in London.

May 7, 2008 - Medical.

May 30, 2008 - Interview. APPROVED.

July 27, 2008 - Arrives in US.

August 8, 2008 - Legal Wedding

AOS:

Sent: 10/17/08

Notice of Receipt: 10/23/08

I-765 - Rejected: 10/22/08

I-765 Resubmitted: 11/5/08

I485 RFE (for already submitted documents): 11/10/08

Biometrics appointment: 11/14/08

RFE returned: 11/15/08

Transferred to CSC: 5/15/09

Card Production ordered: 7/28/09

WE WERE NOTIFIED THIS MORNING BY EMAIL....IT DID HAPPEN YESTERDAY WITH THOSE OTHER TOUCHES!!!

THANK GOD THIS PART IS BEHIND US AND WE LOOK FORWARD TO A SMOOTHER PROCESS AHEAD.

THANK ALL OF YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT....

(the funny thing is we got an approval for BOTH applications...the one in May and the one in July....

so we now have two approval notices on there way)

Hey guys my visa is also approved without an interview :blink:

The officer just made me sign the DS 156, took my finger prints and ask me to swear, not a single question about how Mel and i met or about my daughter. I was very suprised and i asked him weather he does not want to see the DS 230 part II and he said that they do not need it for the K-Visa :blink: How ever i had a 2 minutes "interview" i spent 45 min at the consulat including security check, standing in line and everything. :dance::dance::dance:

Congratulations! That sounds like the interview we had. An hour or so in the office, and a 2 minute interview asking what my name was! :thumbs:

wow....with all of the waiting and anxiety and shear torture this has been it seems a little anticlimatic......doesn't it :huh:<_<:blush:

I was thinking more blood letting would of been more appropriate for the wait :whistle::P:jest:

I can't believe I am STILL waiting for an interview date and that is all they do. Why can't they bypass that part? Such a waste of time. Darren was notified today he passed his medical so now its just the waiting game.....

I'm glad you find the list helpful. I wrote a program to automatically pull the names and information from the timeline system. As long as you have created a timeline and entered your data (which I see you have), you will automatically be in the next list. (I usually generate and post the list updates on Wednesdays and Sundays - and when I just ran it, I see that you are listed.)
