UPDATE- 2 October filers went through on Monday and 2 Octobers came through today...

No word on any May-July filers?? :wacko: :wacko: :wacko::help: :help: :help:

May 5-sent I129f to Texas and they forwarded to CSC

May 11-priority date according to NOA1 on Hard Copy

May 14-received by CSC...notice sent (never received)

May 15-money order cashed

July 19-called about Hard copy..said they would resend

July 23-lawyer calls and is told application is lost and to resend application

July 25-sent a duplicate application to Texas and it is forwarded to VSC

July 27-called again...said they would resend from CSC

July 31/aug.3/aug.6 "touches"

Aug. 16 received the NOA1 from VSC for duplicate application

Aug. 16-called about Hard Copy...said that they would resend (3rd time) from CSC

Aug. 17-"touch"

Aug. 19-FINALLY RECEIVED THE NOA1 HARD COPY for original application from CSC

October-19-CRIS sent message that they were moving our application to VSC?!?!?

(seems USCIS sent our first application to the wrong center)

November-16 origianl is at the VSC

Dec. 3-congressmans office calls VSC...will be processed by July application date

Feb. 6-APPROVED!!!!

Feb. 7 sent to NVC

Feb. 13 sent to MONTREAL...WRONG EMBASSY!!!!!!! SUPPOSED TO BE VANCOUVER!!!!!!!

Feb. 14 arrived in MONTREAL

Feb. 20 talked to NVC center....supervisor will try to "catch" the application call back in 10-15 days

Feb. 29...talked to the State Department (Visa)...they had NVC send cable today to Montreal instructing them to send packet to VanCouver

March 4...K visa application received at VanCouver

March 6 packet 3 ARRIVED

March 10 packet 3 checklist and DS230 faxed back

March 12 medical exam

March 20 packet 4 received

April 8....interview date

I was told the same thing....I tried to call that number and it did not work either....I can't remember what I did, but I kept trying

different menu's and I finally got hold of a person who helped me get to someone to fill out an expedite form....

she said that due to my history that I could file as USC error...which I did and she then she told me that I would hear in

5 business days....I did hear in 2 days and was turned downed saying that I did not "qualify" for an expedited form"

I do not what else to do at this point....you can see our timeline for explanation of our process...

Nothing else to do but wait....although I would love to call but I know that I would probably just wind up being more frustrated.

I hate these people. I called today to ask them to do an expedite and they told me I wasn't in an emergency situation, and nor was I miltary so, tough sh*t.

WHy do they tell you you can, if you cant?

I just have to wait .. forever apparently.

WHAT BULLSHIT! I can't believe this is happening. Why can't they just friggin organize themselves? Oh wait, that would take THINKING!!!!

I am STILL waiting on my interview date. Haven't heard anything since I sent in my packet 3. Ugh...will this ever end?

Hi guys....back in the US......whoa.......really hating this process more......I checked the website and nothing as usual........ :help: 233 days of waiting......Why is this fair?????........I just can not even explain it to myself much less Oscar and his family and my family....... :crying::crying: .......and everyone is still telling me they can do nothing.........

I am with you....this is exasperating....I have contacted a Senator....allready tried a congressman and got no where...

they said they normally got a response in a week from the time of their inquiry....we will see...

I know it is not any consolation but at least yours has been handled once....we have not heard anything since the transfer in

October....

I know there are people far worse off then we are.....but after 8 months I am loosing my ability to even be human about this whole thing......It just sucks

I am typing this while I am on hold with the VSC.....probably useless but I have not contacted them since mid december.....thought I would check......10-15 minute wait now.......

You are correct....you really can't believe what they say...but maybe it was and maybe you will be the first on the

stack and it only takes 15 min. to adjudicate an application...so it could be today!!!!!!!!!

well I just got a call from the Congressman's office....she said "VSC knows it has really muffed up this case....that they really did not need the 325 it was a mistake"...........I now feel sick....... :dead: ....now she is telling me that they will move it along faster.........so being the smart a** I am I said....what is there version of fast because I have had 8 months of there processing within there service time??? She said if I heard nothing by next Friday call her back............. :angry::angry::angry:

I know it is hard to trust any of these people at this point, but that sounds like pretty good news to me. I hope they do put it on the fast track!!! Hang in there!

It's amazing the bad luck you had to lose your original priority date of may, then you get a new july priority date which they started processing in september but you turn out to be one of the lucky 10% in a month who get left behind :wacko:

Any normal operation would have told you sorry we screwed up will do yours right away, but they actually made it worse!?!

YEAH!!!! A normal person would think so...and we try to correct the problem....but hey...where are the

normal people in this system??????? I haven't been very fortunate with this!!!!

I did fax info to another state senators office....but the lady who I talk with yesterday would not be back in the office till

Friday.... think I will call on Friday and plead with her to email VSC ASAP....

Better yet...I would like to get the NOA2 notification tonight!!!!!!!!!! :dance: :dance: :dance:
