Is it possible for a K-2's I-485 to be approved before the parental K-1 I-485 application is approved? When you read the instructions it says that a K-2 cannot adjust unless the corrresponding K-1 does.

Maybe I have my case numbers all screwed up but it appears my stepson's I-485 is approved and my wife's has an RFE.... I guess I will have to wait until I get home to check the notices....

YMMV
