My fiance will move soon, and he never know where he live next. and We wanna send papers for K-1 soon.

and I wanna use his parents address for mailing address to get NOA1 and NOA2. when I use the address, I have to write with using C/O parents name all place on papers?

If someone has same situation, please tell me what did u do.

what should I do if address and mailing address is different??????????

That would should be fine. all they are asking for is a place to send the paperwork to.

They may question why he gets his mail at one place and lives at another, just be prepared, they many not even ask, as long he can consistently get his mail is what I would worry about.
