We own. Guess the other three owners and ourselves will get a chance to get away for a couple of days. Too bad Claudeth isn't still working for the Hyatt, she could get free rooms

I have no idea, Claudeth was here when the guy came. It will be tent city once the association approves the treatment

my guess is formosa as subterranean isn't treated that way unless things are really bad. formosa are some really bad buggers.

I had subterranean termites at my house. It has a slab foundation and we had chemical pumped under the slab, put around the perimeter, and other common entry points from the soil.

The other type of termite flies into the house and tenting is a common way to gas the colony to death. Both types can do a lot of structural damage if ignored.

Good luck!

"Credibility in immigration policy can be summed up in one sentence: Those who should get in, get in; those who should be kept out, are kept out; and those who should not be here will be required to leave."

"...for the system to be credible, people actually have to be deported at the end of the process."

That's no good news, I am sorry to hear.

Hopefully the tent can wait until after Christmas. Fingers crossed for you, Jim!

It is a condo association, probably won't get tented until after the 4th of July, they kind of operate like HMOs
