Possibly dumb question about G-325A

I searched in the guides but didn't see this question answered. I know that we need to fill out 4 copies of the G-325A form, one set for me(USC), the other for Govi(foreign spouse). At the bottom of the form it asks for the applicant to write their name in the box - is the applicant in this case the petitioner(me) or beneficiary(Govi)? Assuming it is Govi, do I put his name on both sets of forms, the ones with my info and his info? Does this make sense???

G325A is the biographic information form. One set for you, and other set for him. You would sign tour one. He has to sign his one. I sent them with I130 in that way.

Thanks, but I am not talking about the signature line, I am talking about the box in bold at the very bottom of the form where it says "Applicant: Be sure to put your name and Alien Registration Number..." - it asks for family, first and middle names.

Yep. same thing. You put your name in the bold box on your G325A, Not applicable for the A# (assuming you never had one). You put his name in the bold box on his G325A, none for his A#.

The USC and the foreign spouse/fiance each fill out a G-325A. Each of you are the "Applicant" on your own forms, and you sign your own four forms.

You are the "applicant" of your G-325A and your hubby is the "applicant" of his G-325A. Don't confuse the term "applicant" with "Visa Applicant." Only your hubby will be the "Visa Applicant."
