03.22.2008 RFE for missing (2) I-864 pages :(

03.24.2008 RFE mailed back

03.31.2008 RFE received and case processing resumed

04.28.2008 AP approval notice (dated 04.25.08)

04.30.2008 EAD approved

05.02.2008 Received AP in mail

05.05.2008 Received EAD in mail

07.10.2008 Received Interview letter

08.15.2008 Interview: Approved

08.26.2008 Green Card received

09/28/07----NOA1 received

02/08/08----petition approved online

02/14/08----NOA2 hardcopy received

02/22/08----NVC received/ MNL200855....

05/13/08----gave birth to a baby boy!

06/23 &25/08----medical passed

07/01/08----interview approved but they returned my passport

crba

07/01/08----picked up forms for crba

07/02/08----request for advance endorsement of bc

07/28/08----got BC from NSO

08/25/08----got papers from fiance

08/26/08----CRBA interview( request for DNA test)

09/12/08----DNA test @ SLEC

Get yourself ready for the winter ! and I mean its cold!! BRRRRRR!! :P But you gotta love the snow..white Christmas for sure !! :thumbs:

Let Welcome you to the Big Apple!! Oh my.. Good Luck on the trip.. We have been having a windy city in the past few days.. Very cold!! Hehehehe.. And of course the SNOW!! hehehe!!

I myself going to the Philippines next year for my wife's interview.. I can't wait..

It really doesn't get cold till January and February.. As a matter of fact Its still Fall.. Winter starts the 22nd of December.

Its always 100F in Philippines with the humidity.. even a sudden drop of temperature and they say its cold... now imagine anything under 50F.. My fiance gets the chills by just thinking how its cold in California during this time.. and its only mid 50s..
