Yes and got my request form about an hour ago wow dejavue!!!

I know that they can not help me per se right now since I am in limbo but I want them to at least be aware of the issue on the delays ( they are probably aware im sure but just want to pound the point a bit) and maybe they can at least help someone in my district here in Florida who is beyond sane.

My friend from VJ got his from the Senator Martinez today so we both are pushing, but again Im going to be good, I promised the forum no more biotching for awhile and also my hubbie altho he just laughs and says sure sure sure hun.

can someone provide me the link to the online form?

There are many post on this but you can email your senator or congressman from your district with your issue and they will send back a request for "release of privacy information" first and then you can send that back to them with your details. Or you can call their office, but some of us have had better results with the email situation.

Your State Rep's are listed under your government website, not sure exactly where you are located but their is also a general link somewhere in this great forum, just cant remember where. Sorry about that.

yes i did a congressional inquiry and two weeks later i was approved. i dont know if it had to do with him or not i was at 142 day for approval. i was getting impaitent see lot of people approved at 130 day. he sent me back a letter and the processing time from uscic web site and said i still had time to meet there 6 months. but i am thinking i was approved because he contacted them because if i go to uscis web site it still says I-130 that they recieved june 11 and still pending and my case is in the nvc right nw so i know thats wrong.

ok here is something for you to check out if you go to guides at top of page and then go to the section where it says other important thing to know go down to the question and answer session with former uscis adjudicator and he talks about when a congress man call uscis they have to work on it right away hope this helps
