I-824

Hello,

Our Noa2 is received on July and we were still waiting for the NVC letter.

It has been almost 5 months but still nothing in hand.even NVC did not create a file number for our case.

Today my husband called up USCIS office to check with them if there is something wrong.

I am confused please help because now USCIS is asking to fill I-824 form and pay USD340.

Do you know what is this form and why they ask this?I never read about this forum here while the people are on CR-1 visa.

Call NVC and ask questions, USCIS should have sent the petition to them long ago, I-824 should not be needed to get them to do something that they should do automatically.

Try calling the NVS (603) 334-0700 and have your NOA #2 handy.
