How strict are they about the passport fotos?

Timeline

My fiance sent me passport style fotos and they are from chin to top of his head a little over 1 inch. I would they are about an inch and half.

Will we get ref'd for that??

For our initial I-129F petition my wife's photo was 1.5" x 2" and was accepted. But you can get an RFE for it too.

Here is the USCIS spec for the photo.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

From your description you should not have any problem, they are 2"x2" USCIS attaches it to the petition for their records.

From your description you should not have any problem, they are 2"x2" USCIS attaches it to the petition for their records.

USCIS is lax on this but the photos for the Consulate at interview should be exactly as requested in every detail.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
