Hi all, we got our packet 3 finally¡¡¡ Now, I´m wondering if the CDJ Embassy works the entire week of the Christmas and New Years? Or I need wait until the second week of january for the interview?? I know that if I wanna know this I must call them but maybe someone here knows about it.

I got a question for you. Did you receive the P3 or your wife/spouse on the other end get that P3? What documents are inside? Is it in his/her language or all in English?

My fiance received the packet, I`m the beneficiary and I don`t receive it yet. All the documents are in English.

Felicidades porque ya le llego a tu prometido el paq 3... te paso esta liga donde vienen las fechas de dias festivos del consulado de Juarez, solamente van a suspender labores el 25 de diciembre.

I checked out your timeline and see you got your NOA2 at the end of September. Are you telling me it took from the end of September until now (over 2 months!) to receive the documentation you need to go to Juarez? Is NVC just taking extra slow or did something happen?

I checked out your timeline and see you got your NOA2 at the end of September. Are you telling me it took from the end of September until now (over 2 months!) to receive the documentation you need to go to Juarez? Is NVC just taking extra slow or did something happen?

You`re right, 2 months!!! It was so long for me. NVC has delays due to a lot of people filled before the prices rising for the applications. And the CDJ consulate delays too, maybe due to they´re moving to another place (I read that in this forums), but anyway, here are more people who CDJ received the packet and in this days got the packet 3¡¡¡ So Don`n worry maybe it`ll change...

Hola Lucci, perdon que no lei bien tu PD, en Mexico no lo mandan por mensajeria, es por correo ordinario. Por eso a veces no llegan los paquetes si no hasta despues de 15 dias.

Disculpa que te moleste tanto es que estoy tratando de contar mis dias basados en los tuyos. Estoy desesperada por que mi esposo tenga por fin su cita. Lo unico es que no me acordaba que a los de visa K-1 no necesitan una cita, pues pueden ir cual quier dia entre las dos primeras horas de oficina de la Embajada en Cd. Juarez

De lo que sepa, los de K-1 no necesitan una cita asignada, PERO SI necesitan una carta de confirmacion del paquete 3 y no pueden entrar el consulado sin ella. Ustedes saben si eso es cierto?

No es molestia para mi. En lo que te pueda ayudar sigo por aqui. Son procesos diferentes los de K1 y K3 pero al final de cuentas culquier tip o sugerencia nos sirve a todos no? Mucha suerte en todo, vas a ver que les va a ir muy bien.
