I think so...but...i've been there and we can get out walking at midnight but nothing happen......i don't think so...there are crimes seldom but not by pistols...and almost the wanted case is by illegal alliens...even pick pockets...not Japanese.

You can do the same here.

I think it is safe if you care to not getting out late or avoiding not safe place...or being aware ...anyway...where ever or what ever...danger is just around...JUST TAKE CARE OF OWNSELF...

What gives you that idea?

I live in New York City -- hardly the safest place in the U.S. -- yet it's safe to walk around after dark.

I just started leaving here recently that is why I have no idea if it's quite safe...just currious of the news everyday on TV...sometimes..and i feel sad of shocking news here...as an alien feeling of scariness is normal I think...I am just adjusting culture,leaving,people...everything...especially with my new hubby..new married couples need adjustment same with the cultuire, environment etc...

Do you ever look up and get homesick?

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Forget the news. The news media report crime, especially violent crime, out of proportion

to its actual occurrence. For example, murder is reported most often on the news though

it happens the least. In fact, the more unusual the crime or violence, the more likely it is to

be covered. News coverage does NOT reflect actual crime trends.

I guess because I was more independent, also I had divorced parents living in different cities, I was never too attached to anything, always able to easily move and adjust, you know?

You have a new family now. You can make new friends, too. Think positive and don't cling to the old ways.

Maybe soon you will be able to break you're stone tablets of the law. They may have sustained you in exile and guided you when you weren't mature enough to improvise your decisions on a case-by- case basis, but now they are actually preventing you from finding the secret location of the promised land.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.
