Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

In Japan, criminals kill people quietly and no-one ever sees it or hears about it.

The police often cover up crimes and make false public announcements to make

the official crime statistics look better. The Japanese police are very consistent in

maintaining their secrecy and lying to the public.

There's no system in place to supervise the police. Although prefectural public safety

commissions are given authority to supervise the police, the authority is very limited.

They have no real power over the police (no-one really does), and their personnel

and structure are not independent from the police system.

I think so...but...i've been there and we can get out walking at midnight but nothing happen......i don't think so...there are crimes seldom but not by pistols...and almost the wanted case is by illegal alliens...even pick pockets...not Japanese.

I think it is safe if you care to not getting out late or avoiding not safe place...or being aware ...anyway...where ever or what ever...danger is just around...JUST TAKE CARE OF OWNSELF...
