Hey Guys,

We're just about to send off our package and my wife cane up with a question. The instruction say "standard passport photo" but her current conditional green card photo is the 3/4 front view. Which ones are you sending? Thanks!

Saint John,New Brunswick, Canada to Torrington,Connecticut,USA

**K3 Processing**

Married June 4,2003 (family only ceremony in USA)

Lawyer sends application to wrong service center resulting in 20+ day delay

1st NOA July 25,2003 (50 day processing estimate, HaHa)

Marriage Blessing Ceremony September 27,2003(The BIG wedding in Saint John)

2nd NOA October 29,2003 (95 days from NOA 1)

NVC Letter Dated 11/7 received 11/10

Emailed Montreal Embassy for update on 11/13

I-130 2nd NOA Approved Nov. 10th, received 11/15

Embassy replied 11/14- "K3 Petition received from NVC 11/12. Packet 3 in the mail"

Emailed Embassy about packet which hadn't arrived 11/18. Received reply "K3 Packet 3 actually mailed today 11/18"

Dec. 5th Still no packet 3! Faxed embassy checklist supplied by lawyer and downloaded DS-230, Catherine allowed into US for holiday visit.

Dec. 19th finally received Packet 3

Dec.23rd Sent checklist and forms to embassy certified mail, returned from post office to find message from lawyer saying they had an interview date.

Jan 8th Medical exam in Montreal

Jan 14th Successful Interview, Returned to USA with visa

February 12th Applied for AOS in person Hartford Connecticut

Left office with EAD, Fingerprint Appt. for Feb.17,2004 & AOS Interview Appt. scheduled for May 6, 2004

February 16th had second Medical Exam(should NOT have been required)

February 17th had fingerprints taken in Hartford Connecticut

Feburary 23 delivered medical results to Hartford

March 20- Received letter changing interview date to April 28th

April 28th- Successful AOS interview, USCIS will mail approval letter next week and Catherine can go back for the passport stamp.

May 1st- Received approval letter. Catherine is a Conditional Permanent Resident

May 25th- Got passport stamped

August 3rd- Conditional Permanent Resident (Green) Card arrives in mail.

Me, a lawyer??? Hell No! This is all hearsay and thereby inadmissible in a court of law....at least that's what I learned watching Law & Order.

Full face, not the 3/4 ones. This has been in place since 2004? Not sure.

Jan 27, 2014 NOA received and cheque cashed

Feb 13, 2014 Biometrics scheduled

Nov 7, 2014 NOA received and interview scheduled

AOS and EAD

December 5th 05 - AOS and EAD sent

December 16th 05 - NOA's received for both AOS and EAD

December 31st 05 - Receive letter for AOS interview

February 6th 06 - AOS Interview - APPROVED

February 16th 06 - Biometrics Appointment

February 22nd 06 - EAD Approved via e mail

February 27th 06 - EAD card in mail!!!

March 6th 06 - Got a job!

March 17th 06 - Green Card Approval via e mail

March 18th 06 - 'Welcome to America' letter arrives

March 24th 06 - Green Card Arrives!
