Hi everyone...

I sent my I-129f, got the NOA1 and one 'touch" back in October, and as far as I can see, now we just WAIT and do nothing. But is there anything I (the USC) can do or my fiancé can do to get all the stuff ready that they will ask for the NOA2?? Such as, medical, police reports, etcetera, tax information, evidence of continuing relationship or whatever, to be ready to send as soon as the NOA2 comes... Unfortunately I'm not sure what to get together since I wont hear anything for more than another month, probably.

Happily, I get to visit in less than 3 weeks, so we'll finally have the opportunity to spend time, take pictures, maybe get rings....

Do you have any suggestions of steps we could take to be ultra-quick and prepared for the upcoming NOA2 and (hopefully not) any RFE's??

Any advice would be nice.

Thanks, and good luck to everyone else..!

Well they can pretty much ask for any RFE's. Those could be pictures together or some more proof of having met in the past 2 years or a properly translated birth certificate or more proof for the, I don't know...financial support for example. I mean there can be many things and I believe you should just wait and see what's up when you get it. That if it will ever happen (I REALLY HOPE IT WONT)

Other than that, getting ready is pretty much getting the documents that will be needed by the embassy. Please follow this link. You will see the list at the bottom of the page but I would still advise you to worry about it when you get your NOA2. It is your call of course :) Maybe the earlier, the better ;)

Good luck and I hope you'll hear the good news soon!
