I filed in last week of october. Filed I-130 and I-129f together and my complete packet was returned to me yesterday. I am very annoyed right now.

here's the link to my post that discusses why they returned it.

I filled last week of september, still no word where it is.USCIS is really trying to be nice. But,I am afraid a lot of us are begining to loose our patience.

Still nothing yet?

Our 90 day wait is up,

still don't even know if I-130 was

recieved.Now on the phone some

new person says "why don't you

re-file I-130 and AOS the same

time?.I ask what about the I-130

already sent and the $355 check?

She says "oh don't worry about that".

I ask why?.We have a I-130 you should

have?.Again she says "re-file the I-130

along with AOS".What about the I-130

you should have?.Again she says re-file

the I-130 along with AOS understand?

Heck no I don't.I will call back later.

What a mess you know?.Whats going on?
