First, NVC will assign you a case number that starts with mnl. After you petition is forwarded to Manila (USEM), takes about 5 to 6 days to arrive, in about two to three weeks your interview and medical date should be online. The link to find your medical and interview dates is:

In the Phils there is no packet 3, you will only receive packet 4. The packet consists of directions, an interview letter you will need for your medical and entrance into USEM for your interview, documents 2-DS-156, 2-DS-157, and I-134. You will need to download form DS-156 to get a bar scan image on the document. You will get a Ds-157 form with a stamp from the bank when you pay your $100 visa fee. You can fill out this form or attach it to the back of one of the other two DS-157 forms. The I-134 affidavit of support and the other documents are due at your interview.
