Attempting to e-file for EAD renewal

Hi, all

Here's a question for people who have e-filed to renew EAD.

(1) The question, "Have you ever before applied for employment authorization from USCIS?" also asks where. This is my husband's third EAD, and both previous EAD apps were sent to Chicago PO boxes. This is not in the drop-down menu. There are two Chicago entries, "Chicago District" and "Chicago Asylum," neither of which applies. There is also no National Benefits Center or anything like that. The nearest suboffice is Phoenix, but we only went there for our interview, nothing EAD related. What are you guys putting for this? Isn't everyone sending EAD apps to Chicago these days? #######?

(2) Manner of last entry into U.S.: Jon's not really a K-1 anymore; that visa expired nearly two years ago. He has travelled abroad and returned on a valid AP. Is he considered a parolee? Nothing in this drop-down list seems to apply. If so, what type? There are a bunch of codes and such. Man, this is pissing me off.

I'm tempted just to do the paper form.

Thanks, guys!

~Julie

yep-that's why I just did the paper form! I figure since you have to send them a copy of your EAD and photos you might as well just send the whole she-bang in the mail. I sent my renewal to Chicago (AOS c9) on 11/19 and I just received my NOA the other day.
