Dec 27th - NOA1 received by snail mail!

Dec 29th - 'Touched'

March 10 2006 - NOA2!

March 23 - recv'd at NVC

March 24 - petition sent to London

April 9th - Pkt 3 rec'd!

May 17th - Pkt 3 signed for at London Embassy

May 24th - Medical

May24th - Pkt 4

June 14th - Interview 10am - APPROVED 1pm!!

June 16th - Visas received in my hot little hands 1pm :)

July 19th - flying to US!

July 27th - Married!! :-)

Aug 7th - Applied for SSN in married name

Aug 9th - SSN received

I think I know this guy.

I've probably seen him around town. He's in Math not Engineering, though, as a Google search reveals. Great, this will be more water on the mills of the anti-immigration crowd, and I'm going back there in a few days... :(

This is my whole point...they gave THIS guy a student visa and we can't even get a K-1! There's something wrong, here!

The lovely fellows at Yale just gave a full scholarship to the former spokesman for the Taliban (and our government let the moron into the country!).

So a radically liberal college that professes to being for women's rights gives a free pass to a guy who part of a group of people who did things to women that are unspeakable?

Gotta love modern University thinking. :lol: Not to mention the government's idea of who should be allowed in and who should not.

Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. ####### coated bastards with ####### filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive bobble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine.

Thats got to be the dumbest that anyone could possible do. Its like telling the airline that you have a bomb in your suitcase.

I knew a guy in Sacramento who wrote across a picture of the Pres that was in the newspaper that "this man needs to die".

Sure enough someone turned him into the Secret Service (required by law if you are a Federal employee).

After being arrested and held for several days, they put his name on a list, and everytime the Pres would be in the general area, the Secret Service agents would come for a visit to interview him. He was also fired from his govt job.

Yeah.. I have to totaly agree with you on this. threating to kill a politican no matter how much you dislike him is not the way to do things.

I personaly dont like bush, But I sure dont want him to be taken down. It wrecks havoc on the Ecomomy. Not just if Bush was wacked..anyone.

If you dont like the presedent just do it by your civil right and VOTE the person out.
