DS-230 Submit Form using Shortcut

Hello all,

I found out 2 weeks ago that NVC generated my DS-230, so after that, I prepared the DS-230 coversheet using the shortcut method - it looked pretty good actually. I had the DS-230 already prepared filled out, signed etc, so I mailed it in, with all requried documentation, last week (NVC has had it for about a week now, I don't know what they have done with it yet, however). BTW, this is for my I-130 Petition.

Now, my question is, for those who have done similar to what I have done per above, does this cause a problem? I mean NVC looks at the DS-230 coversheet that you sumbitted, along witn the appropriate date on it, and they see that they generated the DS-230 just days prior to them receiving from you - so do they then get suspicious that you did a makeshift DS-230 coversheet (per shortcut method), and do they give people problems for this, any delays etc??

Please if anyone can advise and provide some inputs here, much appreciated.

Thanks!

I agree, they don't care as long as they have the correct case # on the coversheet and supporting documents.
