Nick received the package today!!!

I've had a killer migraine all afternoon so I'm going to go for a nap and then tonight we will sit down, put everything together and mail it tomorrow!!!

They just called me and told me it was delivered..that was nice.

They also guaranteed that I'll get a full refund.

Oh well, next time I'll know to go a different route.

You know it's strange that I have had such great experiences with purolator and it seems no one else has :blink:

I wonder if the difference is dealing with Purolator directly vs going through Canada post?

I even ordered the puro-letter envelopes on their site and they delivered them to my door (for free) so I have the whole thing ready when they come to pick it up.

I'm sure Purolator is a great company and they have many happy customers such as yourself.

As of now I still don't know who messed up. Canada Post for selling the overnight express to me after the undisclosed cut off time of 1pm on Fridays (which I found out today) or Purolator for stating that they have overnight services every day when they have an undisclosed cut off time on Fridays.

When I talked to someone at Purolator they said I should have mailed it right through one of their outlets and not go through Canada Post because "They have their own processing to do with the mail" or something of that effect.

Oh well, all I know is that he has it, it's safe and I got my money back. :)
