C'mon, you'd squash a nasty roach or other such critters.

For me there's no way I'd want to get that close to them. For the bugs I've come across hairspray has done the trick....

Somehow, I don't think it'd work with cats.

No, squashing is a bad strategy for cats. They're pretty resilient.

Actually, they say it is best not to squash a roach. It's supposed to make the infestation worse. But, yes, you caught me, I've smashed a roach before.

I don't think I could shoot a feral cat myself, but to each his own.

i've done it before. feral cats are hail on quail populations. once fluffy goes wild what reasoning keeps them alive when they are destroying wildlife?

I agree, but I'd try looking for controlling their populations in the most humane manner possible.
