hi guys, what we did was just send the originals and no photocopies whatsoever. Mailed it last Nov. 9 then last Nov. 29 IVR says Case Complete and no RFE's now we're waiting for "Documents Forwarded to Embassy" it's already mid Dec. so do you think it is causing some delays??? Btw how long does it take before NVC sends the docs to the emabssy after the Case Complete???

So you waited 14 business days/ or 2 weeks before you heard the result eh.. That was a good one!!

From what I heard from other people's timeline.. It usually takes a month before you get Packet 4, which is the Interview Instruction Packets.

Filed: IR-1/CR-1 Visa Country: Morocco

Does everyone have to complete a DS-230 for their spouse even if they have completed the I-864? Some people have left this off their timeline so I am not sure if we all need to complete it or just some.. Also, is the I-864 Package 3??? These may be a stupid questions, but I'd like to know...
