k-1 AOS medical & Vaccination?

I am assembling the AOS/EAD paperwork for my new wife. We married as soon as she arrived(1-20-06). Do we need to file any Medical/Vaccination if she has already been through this process for the K-1? I am confused about this issue. Can someone tell me if any medical/vaccination is required for recent k-1 recipients?

My understanding is that another medical exam is not required, but you will need to get a vaccination supplement filled out by an approved civil surgeon. I think you also need to send in a copy of the medical report you got for the K1 visa.

I am about file the AOS application and have been looking into this as well.

As a K1 AOS applicant, all you need to submit is the vaccination supplemental. If you have the worksheet listing the vaccinations from the medical before the interview, you must bring that sheet to a civil surgeon who will complete and sign the supplemental. This supplemental is all you need to submit with the I-485 as far as medical/vaccinations requirement.

I think that's correct. If your wife does not have any prior vaccination records, she will need to go to a civil surgeon and get the required shots. Then they will fill out the supplement which you can send in with your AOS application.

Yes, that is correct. My husband was not given anything at his medical either except for the chest x-ray . The civil surgeon said that without the worksheet from the medical or childhood immunization records, he had to revaccinate. We paid $130 for the vaccinations and the supplemental, to give you an idea.
