Hi to all...

i have 2 questions pls

1) my fiance send by mistack our document to the wrong place, that was at 3 OCT 2007 , it suppose to be send to Vermont Service Center , but she send it to Texas Service Center , when the Texas office was closed , so untill now we don`t know if it arrive or not, it`s been 2 month now, we call the Immigration Office they said it will take from 4 to 6 weeks to go to the right direction. and we don`t know where it now ?! can any one help me withe any information ?

2) i want any mail i can send on it to know what happend to my document , the official site only have phone number, and i want a mail or any other way to contact them, so pls if any one know any thing to help pls tell me

1) Texas is supposed to forward the petition to appropriate center, USCIS has a back-log and there has been reports that it is taking up to 90 days to get NOA1 receipt, so 2 months is still in line. Did you file using a traceable method of payment like personal check?

2) Info-Pass or perhaps write a letter to congressman.

Right, the Texas Service Center isn't closed. They just don't process fiance or spouse visa petitions at this time.

If you are filing for a K-1 fiance(e) visa I would stop referring to each other (even if innocently) as Mr. & Mrs.

You should have mailed your documents via registered or certified mail with return receipt, that way you would be able to track if your documents were received or not.

you said it may take 90 days to get the document received , so my question is , is that time calculated with the 6 months the normal time it talke untill it pass ? or since they received the documend and i get the NOA1 i have to start the counting ?

i mean did we LOST 3 months untill the document arrive or it already calculated ???!!!!
