santa showed up early! it weighs 520 pounds empty. took 1 hour for myself, 2 neighbors, and nessa to move it a maximum of 25 feet, including up one 9" step and down one 9" step into the storm room. we had to tilt the safe back and forth to block it up with 4x4's and 2x4's and then repeat the procedure blocking it back down to floor level. fire rated @1400 F for 30 min, waterproof for 72 hours @ 2' deep (highly unlikely given we're on a hill) and it stores all the guns plus valuable papers, jewelry, and lotsa ammo :devil:

as the oh chit room is kinds small, it's impossible to get a full front shot of the safe.

You must have missed it, the Turks cut a few zero's off their Lira back in late 2005 - six, to be precise.

They have the new Turkish Lira (TRY) now. Exchange rate is about TRY 1.20 per 1.00 USD.

No more easy millions, Chuck. :(
